Captained Cruises

Thomas Point Lighthouse, Chesapeake Bay, MD Relax and enjoy the pleasures of a boat cruise on the Chesapeake Bay without having to operate the vessel yourself. Our highly trained captain would pilot "Bristol Goose" to the many picturesque ports-of-call on both the Eastern and Western shores of the Bay, depending upon the plan that you choose. We offer cruise packages to Annapolis, Oxford, St. Michaels, Chestertown and Rock Hall. We also offer a Baltimore Harbor cruise. The captain can also provide information on any of the various ports of call, and can assist as necessary with restaurant reservations. Normally all captained cruises are conducted aboard "Bristol Goose". The captain would retain responsibility for the vessel and no security deposit would be necessary. However, an advance payment would be required in order to book the charter.

Cruises begin and end at the Anchorage Marina in Baltimore Harbor, and last from two to five days, except, of course, for the harbor cruise. You can dine ashore or use the galley and dining facilities on the boat. You can remain aboard your comfortable charter boat at night, in the privacy of the spacious aft cabin, or stay ashore at your own expense.

Prices include: your fully equipped diesel trawler yacht; with linens and towels; a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain; a fully equipped galley; boat fuel; and dock fees. Meals ashore and taxes are extra. You have full use of the galley, however, while aboard. You may bring food and beverages aboard for the cruise. The prices quoted below are the same for one or two passengers. Up to four additional passengers could be accommodated when underway, for an additional charge of $50.00 per person per day. They would not be able to stay aboard overnight, however, due to berthing limitations on the "Bristol Goose". The captain must remain aboard overnight  in the forward cabin, for safety and security reasons.

You may also stay aboard  "Bristol Goose" in Baltimore the night prior to getting underway on your cruise, and/or the final night after returning to home port. The charge is $125.00 extra for either night for one or two people.

Complimentary limo services are provided for clients arriving by air into BWI airport. If you arrive in Baltimore by train, it is simpler to just take a taxi to the marina, and we will reimburse you. Meals and beverages are not included. However, clients are welcome to bring reasonable quantities of  food and drink aboard, if desired.
